Returns and Refunds
Not happy with your purchase?
We understand that purchasing clothing online is a challenge, especially with sizes. Return the item to us in the same condition within 7 days of receiving it, and we will gladly exchange or refund the item.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know
- Your invoice number,
- Date you received the items,
- Whether you would like to exchange for another item, or receive a refund,
- The best time for us to arrange for collection
Please repackage the items again to make them suitable for delivery, and we will arrange for a courier to collect from you.
Once we have received it, we will inspect the items to ensure they have not been damaged or used. If all is good, we will contact you to arrange for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if we find that the items have been used or damaged, we will have to return them to you without an exchange or refund.
